Tuition, Payment policy

Payment Plan:
Annual or in 10 installments.

Installments: Due the 1st of the month, starting August 1, 2008. Late fees: $5 after the 10th of the month, $10 after the 20th.

Annual: registration fee waived if paid in full by August 16, 2008

Families with more than one student will be charged one tuition, based on total combined hours.

Rate: $14.50 per hour

Senior citizens receive a 25% discount.

VISA, MasterCard, cash or check accepted.

Returned checks: a $20 fee will be charged; more than one returned check will result in a cash or credit card payment only.

No refunds.

Registration Fees:

$35 (if paid by August 1)
$40 (if paid after August 16)
$50 (flat fee for families of 2 or more; $55 if paid after August 16)
If tuition is paid in full for the year by August 16, 2008, the registration fee is waived

Make-up Classes, Excessive Absences, Dismissals:

Make-up Classes:
Students may arrange for a make-up class with the office and/or instructor. The make-up class should be completed within one month of the absence! Beginning in March, no classes can be made-up, due to recital.

Excessive Absences:
Students absent more than 4 weeks may be dropped.

Note: Southern Dance Theatre reserves the right to dismiss any student whose attitude, conduct or payment record is found to be unsatisfactory.
